Before a home can be purchased, applicants are rigorously screened and interviewed. This process eliminates issues and gives all of our residents a very clear understanding of how to be a great neighbor. Because of this, we have owners who’ve lived here literally all their lives, growing up in Area J and now raising their own families here in homes of their own, surrounded by relatives and friends who have become family.

Please download the standards of admission and application. Please mail, fax or deliver to our office at 294 Lakewood Boulevard in Park Forest. A $50.00 processing fee and valid Driver’s License or State I.D. is required. If mailing or faxing, please include a clear copy of your license or I.D.
