Park Forest Cooperative Area J? We are
a MARKET RATE cooperative; two-story townhouses with full basements,
approximately 1,500 total square feet of space. Two
and three bedrooms, dining room, living room, and kitchen. The two-bedroom
interior memberships sell for between $12,000 and $30,000, depending on
improvements made to the unit by the seller, with monthly costs of $435.
Three bedroom end memberships sell for between $21,000 and $33,000, with
monthly costs of $460. Three
bedroom twin drive memberships sell between $28,000 and $60,000, with monthly
costs of $470. We
also have three combo units, which is two interior units remodeled, and
combined together, offering approximately 3,000 square feet of space. There
are currently no combo units on the market.
We will work with interested parties to construct one, when
side-by-side units are available. Monthly costs of up to $740. Our
390 units are located on a well-maintained and landscaped 47 acre site. |
